What we collect
When you use Notify Me, we collect the mobile number or email you give us, and the item or list you're waiting for. When you order through Messenger, our invoicing works through Page365. If you accept cookies, we also collect anonymous usage data — such as pages viewed, searches, and Mine This / Ask taps — through Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.
Why we collect it and our legal basis
We use Notify Me details to message you when an item is back in stock or a new drop lands — this is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box. We use anonymous usage data to understand which items our shoppers like, improve the site, and measure our ads — this is based on your consent (the cookie bar) and our legitimate interest in running the shop.
Cookies and your choices
Marketing and analytics cookies load only after you tap Accept on the cookie bar. If you tap Decline, no analytics or ad pixels load at all. You can change your mind any time by clearing the site's stored preference in your browser.
Sharing with others
We share anonymous usage data with Meta (Meta Pixel) and Google (Google Analytics) so we can measure traffic and run ads. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Notify Me contact details are kept until you ask us to remove them, or until they are no longer needed. Anonymous usage data follows the standard retention of our analytics providers.
Your rights
